we will talk about the forecast in a minute. first the traffic. >> traffic is looking very nice. no problem spots at this hour. it looks like everything should be moving fine. 64 on 95 heading down south toward the beltway. on the harrisburg expressway, 64 as well. on 795 in the area of owings mills, 64 as well. our live drive times show we are up to speed along the west side on the outer loop. it will take you 11 minutes. and four minutes on 95 north. no delays or problems by. a live look outside the beltway here on the west side. you can see the inner and outer lips are looking light. -- inner and outer loops are looking light. that is the latest on traffic

up along the beaches in florida, thick clouds. and a growing certification. >> it is devastatingly be a double. >> and extremely dangerous. >> every year we have something happen or someone gets out and gets injured or killed because they went out and the ocean when it is like this or worse. >> during the worst, preparations have already started. and americans the operation teams in the area during up for a possible strike from sandy. >> coronation and preparation. >> residents stocking up on essentials. it was not shared by millions along the east coast, working, watching and waiting for hurricane sandy. arrival isante's still days away, many people are not wasting time getting ready. jennifer franciotti joins us

by something. so now, the traffic. what do we have? >> much better news. no problem spot right now. great news if you are heading out on the roads. here is a look outside. it looks as if we are moving pretty well cleared 61 on 295 in the area of nursery road. for the north on the harrisburg expressway, 59 miles per hour. heading south toward the beltway on the jfx, 55. no problems or delays on those roadways at the this early hour. eight minutes on the inner loop. heading over to the 83, 63 on i- 95 southbound -- i mean six minutes on 95 southbound between the beltway 100 and howard county and eight minutes between the tunnel and 95 on the south side. here is a look at baltimore washington pike. the inner and outer loop is just fine.

in the flatlands to the east of the mountains. temperature-wise, you can see recalled a friend is coming in indiana and ohio. temperatures drop dramatically behind the front. it is the cold air behind the front that will be part of the energy come it charges the storm up when it comes in. here is what the forecast looks like for the hurricane. winds of about 80 miles per hour. in the vicinity of the bahamas, and moving to right near new jersey or the delaware beaches or the mouth of delaware bay on tuesday morning, really early, just after midnight. that is when the storm, the hurricane center is making landfall. still category one storm at that stage and then weekends as it moves inland. as close as that is to us, that is a big rainmaker. and with the eye of the storm so close, that is a windy storm as well. there are some adjustments and find turning to be made. that will not necessarily be the final word. we are talking late monday or

early tuesday. a lot of clouds. baby a break here or there. but the clouds will dominate. -- may be a break here or there but the clouds will dominate. de futurecast shares beclouds breaking up a little bit. but by saturday we get into a situation where we could see showers by the end of the day. a cold front to the west. the eye of the storm offshore on monday and making a turn toward the mid-atlantic states monday night or or early tuesday. for seven-day forecast -- 60's today and tomorrow. close to 70 if we get enough sun. by tomorrow afternoon, rain chances start to come in. they go up on sunday, monday looks of the most intense day reign of wise and wind wise. only around 64 the high or in the 50's. and quite chilly falling out with rain chances tapering off. >> thank you. earlier this week we sent toney got to the breakfast shop to
